Round One is now in the books, and little drama occurred.
Oh, except for your Vancouver Canucks knocking off the defending Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues.
Their series-winning momentum dissipated against Vegas in Game One, but don’t give up hope yet. I give you three reasons why the Canucks can beat Vegas today on The Quickie.

This is another feather in the cap of those Vancouver Canucks, after they beat the defending Stanley Cup champions in six games.
(I know I already mentioned that once, and you all know that, but typing it and saying it out loud hasn’t gotten old yet).

Long-time listeners on our network might have heard me pump up Thatcher Demko in the past. I revisit those feelings after Sippin’ On A 40 host Kyle Bhawan called me out.
I also talk about the most low-key impressive thing about the Canucks Game 6 victory against St. Louis.
The Canucks Can Beat Vegas. Here’s How.
#Canucks fans, do you still believe that they can beat Golden Knights?
— Trevor Beggs (@TrevBeggs) August 25, 2020
If you don't believe...come on, they lost one game!
