Gamethread #45: Canucks vs Sabres

The Canucks get out of Florida and look for a win

After getting run out of Florida, the Canucks go into New York looking to kick start another winning streak. The question that many want to know is, “What the hell is going on?”

Seems like a fair question, doesn’t it. A 7-game winning streak followed two royal beatings. It is hard to know what we will see today. Luckily for the Canucks the rest of the division is stuck in averageness as well and because of the games in hand, the Canucks are still within striking distances of 1st in the division.

What a weird season.

What a weird starting time for a game.

Let’s hope weird leads to a win for this team.

Should I mention the Sabres? Buffalo is struggling to keep in the playoff picture in the east. Jack Eichel is doing his part, but the support of guys like Conor Sheary and Jack Skinner are not having good years.

The Canucks have won the last two against the Sabres but the last one was a wild one that went to overtime.

Enjoy your snow in Vancouver

Go Canucks Go!
