DALLAS STARS VS ST LOUIS BLUES- 8:00PM EDT/5:00PM PDT- (Series tied 1-1)

Dallas was able to get the split in St Louis thanks to a solid effort from their 2nd line. Balanced scoring is good, but they’re going to need more out of their top line to make the most of these next two games at home. As far as the Blues go, they’re going to have to do more than hope their goaltender can steal them games as we saw in Game 2. They’re pretty evenly matched against this Dallas team, they just need to put in the effort to keep it that way. They got outworked in the last game, so it won’t be a surprise to see them come out firing on all cylinders as they attempt to take home ice away from the Stars.

Yeah, it’s kind of weird to hear a song like this in a commercial, but we’re at the stage now, like we were around 20 years ago when bands like U2 and The Rolling Stones, where bands like Motorhead and Megadeth’s music is being used to sell us shit. It’s equal parts fascinating and depressing, but one thing that cannot be denied; this song is one of the most vicious that Dave Mustaine ever wrote.
