The Canucks try for 5 in a row versus Alberta team.

How about those Canucks?!

4 wins a row and back in a wildcard spot after beating the Kings last night. Jacob Markstrom had to stand on his head again as the Canucks had a hard time controlling the puck after jumping out to a 2-0 lead. Better watch out, that type of play might make GMJB had out some ridiculous contract to the soon to be free agent goalie.

Calgary comes into the game, one point ahead of the Canucks with one more game played. And for all the talk about mediocrity with the Canucks, the same could be said for most of the Pacific division. No team in the division has more wins than losses so far, except for Arizona. Calgary won the only meeting of the year between the two teams so far, but they had a different coach back then. While this is the second part of a back to back, you would hope that the Christmas rest will make this game easier on their legs.

5 wins in a row might get the City of Vancouver to dust off the parade route again.

Go Canucks Go!
