The Canucks lost last night. I know it's hard to believe, but it's true.
I have something to confess. I have never been a member of #teamtank, but it's getting hard to stomach these games. There is a part of me that hopes June hurries up and the draft brings back some of the joy and excitement that the future holds. Brock really was the driving force for many to come and cheer for the Nucks. And now we search for our happy place.
Ok....maybe something a little different, but you get the point.
The Canucks face a Kings team that is so close to the playoffs that Dustin Brown might stop taking penalties so his team can win. That was a joke, Brown is addicted to penalties. The Kings lost last night as well, 7-2 to the Blues. The last time these teams met, the Canucks scored 4 quick goals and demolished LA 6-2. I expect the first 5 minutes to be hard hitting with some LA douchebaggery mixed in because of the last game.
Although losses help the Canucks chances at a better pick, I would like to see them beat LA one more time this year.
Go Coconuts Go!
