Gamethread #20: Canucks vs Islanders

All of you that thought the Canucks deserved to win last night put your hands up.

No they did not deserve it.

Too many penalties....sucking at faceoffs.....no traffic in front of Lundqvist. Crap.

If they play that way again tonight, they will get smacked by the Islanders. New York without Tavares is still a .500 team. The Canucks are a .500 team. One team is 1st place in their division and the other in out of a playoff spot. What a weird league we watch.

This is a pretty important game for the Nucks. Even though the Nucks are still in 1st place, the month of November could be the turning point for this team. Getting one or two more wins on the road could bring some confidence against the onslaught on western teams they will meet next week. (4 games in 6 nights).

How about some cheering tonight. Jimmi and I are tired from last night. (Put the food down Chicky, and type)
