On previous #hockeytalks nights, Nucks Misconduct has been lucky to have the first hand and passionate words of Kent Basky. Tonight you have me. I have been lucky enough to not have first hand experience with depression, but I have seen the effects on some family members, friends and students. And #hockeytalks is supposed to increase conversation between everyone to help those who are suffering and those who want to help.

Hockey takes a back seat tonight, but I hope the Canucks bring some smiles tonight.
