Heading out to the highway...

New, comments

It's not goodbye, but I did want to say so long to everyone we've met in BC as we head for Ontario

David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

Is this really a hockey related post? Sort of. As you may have heard, Laurie and I are moving to Southern Ontario, and after a prolonged, near-comical session of packing, we're rolling out today.

I know you must be thinking to yourself "You're moving to Leafs Territory? What are you, nuts?" Well, being in Leafs Land isn't gonna make me any less a Canucks fan. I will just have to get in better shape to be able to outrun them, that's all. And as a bonus, we're going to be located about 4 hours from Utica, so you can look forward to a lot more Comets coverage moving forward as I take over letting you all know what's going on with the kids on the farm.

I'm excited about this, as the Canucks are rebuilding to get to see the future of our boys in blue and green before it arrives back in Beautiful BC. And any of you that are out in Ontario, let us know. Nucks Misconduct is gonna be represented back East, so stand up and be proud!

I wanna say a special thanks to Twitchy. He was gracious enough to let me crash with him a couple times when I was able to get tickets, and he's a hell of a person who we will miss tremendously. Make sure you let us know if you're ever in the area, buddy!

Gonna be radio silence for a couple weeks as we slowly make our way across the country, but once we get set up I am stoked to bring you all lots of news on Canucks prospects in Utica and in the OHL.

Thanks to all of you for all the support over the years, and as we begin a new chapter.
