The Morning After The Night Before - 2/20/17

We’re back with our morning links.

NHL: Philadelphia Flyers at Vancouver Canucks Anne-Marie Sorvin-USA TODAY Sports

After a brief hiatus, we’ve returned with our morning links. I’ll be taking the charge on these going forward, so let me know what you think of my delivery and if you'd like to see anything added or changed.

Morning Links

  • The Canucks almost came back from the dead last night, but still ended up losing 3-2 to the Philadelphia Flyers.
  • An upside to the loss was seeing Jannik Hansen score his first goal in two months.
  • Speaking of Jannik Hansen, his name has been one of a few tossed around with trade deadline news heating up.
  • Before Saturday night’s win against the Flames, the Canucks unveiled a statue of Pat Quinn outside of Rogers Arena. The statue has been set up in a nice way where it looks as if he is inviting fans to take a picture on the bench next to it.

I also saw that past morning link dumps had a question of the day, so here is mine for y’all today: If the Canucks were to trade only one player between Ryan Miller, Alex Burrows and Jannik Hansen, who would you want to see traded and what would you want the Canucks to get in return?
