The Vancouver Canucks look to end the season series with the Avalanche on a Rocky Mountain High note. It’s #BellLetsTalk day. I expect you to wear your fingers out tweeting and retweeting!

It’s a rare Canucks road game in Denver that isn’t the second half of a back to back, with travel from Dallas or some other central division city the night before. Add that to the fact that the words ‘playoff hunt’ are creeping into conversation around this team and much more will be expected of the Canucks on this stop in Denver.

Jacob Markstrom starts. Alexander Edler will be in the lineup (sorry, Jordan Subban fans). Philip Larsen took part in the pre-game skate. Tyson Barrie is on the IR for Colorado.

It’s BellLetsTalk day. Hopefully the Twitter list below will be an easy and useful place for you to retweet the hashtag. More importantly, if you are struggling with mental health issues, please find the courage to reach out. And if a friend reaches out to you, please be a patient, empathetic ear. It’s long past time to end the stigma surrounding mental illness. It’s just that — an illness. There is treatment and life on the other side.

Enjoy the game. Coconuts go!
