Troy Stecher is back, which will come as a relief to those who thought he should have never gone. With Chris Tanev and Alex Edler both likely out of the lineup on Saturday the rookie blueliner from Richmond, BC has been summoned from the Utica Comets.
In three games with the Canucks this season, Stecher has averaged over 20 minutes of icetime. His play against Edmonton’s Connor McDavid on Oct. 28 was really encouraging.
