Two very phenomenal goals in this final bracket of he quarter-final.
1. Chris Higgins had not scored a goal in 17 games. That's just a bit of a bigger slump than what we're used to seeing from him (even though he was getting some assists in there). I remember hating on his cold streak when all of a sudden:
If that is not one of the sneakiest give-and-go's you'll see in yer lifetime...I don't know. Nice shot along the ice. Nice quick-thinking by Jannik Hansen to return the puck to Higgy so quickly and accurately.
2. And that beauty goes up against Radim Vrbata's undressing of the Sens:
I don't get how this goal has been a tough sell throughout the tournament. This is supposed to be a tournament based on style points, not heartstrings. This Vrbata goal is plain style heaven. Yes, so is the Higgins goal. May the best goal win! Vote in the poll way below to let your opinion be made!
