Canucks Goal Of The Season: Rnd 1 Br. 16: Hansen vs Daniel

Finally we have come to the end of Round 1. When I started this tournament I had to leave 2 slots open at the bottom just in case a couple more fancy goals were scored. That is exactly what happened.

1. OK Jannik Hansen, I'd like to see you do this two times in a row. What a blast from just inside the blue line that goes top cheese:

Zing! He Pekka'd his Rinne.

2. Poor Hansen is in tough again, as the Sedins pulled off that "I'm going to skate the puck around the net...psych! No I'm actually going to make a no-look backhand pass instead." It's not the first time we've seen this in the tournament. Here is Hank to Daniel to tie the game against LA on March 6:

Unreal. It's so beautiful when they can pull that off.
