If everything lines up right in the editorial of this post, then the top video is Kenins' first NHL goal.

Nice wrister!

In his second NHL game, Tuesday, February 3, 2015, Ronalds does this:

Another wrist shot snipe! What a sneaky bugger! That was a huge timely goal.

Kenins is 6' (or taller), 201 pound winger from Riga, Latvia. Home of well-known Canuck Arturs Irbe and kick ass former Avalanche defenceman Sandis Ozolinsh.

With 5 goals and 12 points in 36 games with the Utica Comets this season, this sudden goal outburst from Ronalds is a surprise. Here are his career stats:

Hey, if the Latvian Locomotive (ty Team 1040) wants to play like this, then Zack Kassian can continue to ride the pine. Hell! Let's bring more kids up!

OK, but seriously though, Kenins isn't gonna keep up this torrid pace. Good on him though for making it count.

God damn it, keep him with Bo Horvat! Have you seen the images of Kenins / Horvat after Ronalds' goals? Kenins plays it a bit cool, but Horvat looks like he's gonna jump out of his skin!

Finally, Ronalds Kenins was never drafted into the NHL. Mike Gilis signed him as a free agent in July 2013.
