The Vancouver Canucks hope to snap their two-game losing streak tonight when they face the Montreal Canadiens. The last time these two teams met, the Canucks handed Montreal their first loss of the year in a 5-1 win at Rogers Arena back on October 27.
The Canucks are coming off a 4-2 loss to Toronto while the Canadiens recently suffered their worst loss of the year in a 6-1 defeat against Colorado on Sunday.

This time around, the Canucks won't have to face Carey Price, who only recently began to skate again after suffering a lower body injury.

For the Canucks, Jacob Markstrom gets the start in net. Also noteworthy is the news that Canucks rookie Hunter Shinkaruk will make his NHL debut tonight, the 5th Canucks rookie to debut this season.
