Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends

We're so glad you could attend, come inside, come inside

Anyone else curious how the first five minutes of this game will go? Rogers will be in the stratosphere (someone may even spill their sushi!) but Vancouver rarely goes full throttle at the start. Without Bolland around to cover the top line, the Canucks will a slight advantage on the match-ups and has a chance to do some damage on the PP. I dig that Hodgson is being thrown into the fire; Hansen and Raymond give him far better options than as the 4C and should keep him respectable in the DZ too. Eye the fourth line for a second: Lapierre/Glass instead of Rypien/Grabner; factor in Oreskovich, Hansen, two pairs of happy hips and a Superpunch on defense and there's enough to control the physicality without going all SOB on anything in red. Chicago will have their eyes locked on the big three, so a strong game from FU Sweden, the Professor, Hoff or Edler would be sublime (new drinking rule: consume when you hear "just wide" on PP shots and we'll see you when you wake on a roof top in Whitehorse sometime on Saturday).

I expect a relentless Chicago squad is ready for the home team. We'd like it no other way.

She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. I've made a lot of special modifications myself.

- Mike Gillis Han Solo, Episode IV

The climb begins with one win. Go Luongo. Go defense. Go thunderdome. Go KesLORD. Go twins.

Go drama.

Coconuts? GO!
