MISC
The Ottawa Senators have played five games in December and lost four of them. What's more alarming is that in three of the four losses, the Senators were leading in the third period.
That from Silver Seven. That is encouraging, because the Canucks erased a 3-0 lead to beat the Habs on Thursday night. We should pound these guys into the ground right? Well, odds are the Senators are going to put up a hell of an effort against Vancouver. As I am typing this they have fallen out of a playoff spot. But this is a team the Canucks should beat.
In the second half of November, the Senators had a 5-1-1 record before this little collapse in December.
