Okay, so there wasn't much action yesterday, except for some minor signings for teams who needed a bit of depth. (We signed Alexandre Bolduc by the way, Sean has more on that. Sean has also asked the guys from On The Forecheck some questions about Dan Hamhuis, so check that out as well.) Kevin Bieksa isn't gone yet, although Botchford did tweet that the Canucks had already received calls from 10 other teams inquiring about him. Meanwhile, Ilya Kovalchuk appears to be choosing between the Kings and the Islanders so far, although the money and term he wants ($10M a year for 10-12 years???) is absolutely ridiculous. (UPDATE: BSH is retweeting that apparently the Flyers could be in the Kovy race as well, will keep an eye on that.) Will SuperKev be moved today? Will Kovy sign somewhere? Will Mike Gillis do anything? Open thread is now open.
