Yesterday, like WAACH, I too relaxed. In the afternoon, instead of just sitting on this site all day, I went and bought a new bikini, and laid in the sun for a few hours. The weather is so lovely here right now, I might even do the same today. Anyways, my point is that I also avoided thinking about the Canucks for the rest of the day, and it refreshed my mind completely. Although there seems to be a huge lack of faith in the Canuck fan nation right now, I find that I am still among the people who believe they can do this.
Now, as for tonight, it's obviously do or die. They cannot play scatterbrained hockey anymore, they need to pull themselves together. All the boys need to return to their basic strengths, and find ways to work together here. They need the effort that has been missing since Game 1 of this series. Can they figure it out, or will the Blackhawks eliminate them tonight? Game starts at 5:00 pm PST.
