Okay, seriously, what the fuck? Almost all of us expected the Capitals to take the East in these playoffs. But last night, they were eliminated. In Game 7. In Round 1. By the Montreal Canadiens, who just barely got into the playoffs. Seriously, talk about an upset!
Now that the 1st round has ended, all the 2nd round matchups have been determined. Penguins take on the Habs, Bruins get the Flyers, Sharks get the Red Wings, and Canucks get the Blackhawks. The Sharks and Wings start their series tonight, while the Canucks and Hawks will start on Saturday. This looks like it could be another 2nd round to remember!
