Alex Auld finds a new home

From TSN:
The Coyotes have signed Auld to a 1-year deal today. The 26-year-old spent last season with the Florida Panthers. The native of Thunder Bay, Ont., had a record of 7-13-5.
Auld has a career record of 46-44-13 in five NHL season with Florida and Vancouver. He also has a 2.89 goals-against average and .902 save percentage.
Auld played for Canada in the 2006 World Hockey Championship in Latvia and won a bronze medal with Canada at the 2001 World Junior Championship.
He was selected by Florida in the second round of the 1999 draft.
This officially makes the Luongo trade a stinker for Florida and seals the deal.
Tomas Vokoun is going to handle the heavy workload in Florida now anyway.
Auld was making $1.475 million in Florida. It's unsure about how much time he'll play in Phoenix, as they already have Mikael Tellqvist and David Aebischer. Looks like a trade may be in the works.....the crease is crowded in the desert.
