I can't say I've seen this before.

I know most of the NHL guys are saying they don't mind Ovechkin's theatrics, especially the "hot hot hot" celebration after scoring his 50th goal last night. Personally, I think it's great, and I think it will become more and more common. Don Cherry is going to have to suck it up. But I tell you what: As much as I don't mind watching him do it, I don't mind seeing an opposing player hurting him for it. I don't mean a cheap shot either. I mean a hard hit that hurts him. You can't let Ovechkin do that stuff in your own rink. No way. Make him pay the price. You can't let him embarass you like that. A great thing about OV is that he can dish it out AND he can take it. He's a hard guy to catch with his head down. Like Don Cherry said though: "Someday somebody is going to get him."
