Well, that was a rough loss.

Oh well. Our next game is on Tuesday, then the next one isn't until Saturday, so now is a good time for another open thread.

Today's thread coincides with the 85th Academy Awards, which are tonight. I will be honest, I did not see many of the top contenders. The only film I saw in the major categories was Les Miserables. Aside from that, the only categories where I have seen at least half the movies were for Animation and Visual Effects.

So, if you're watching the Oscars while on this thread, let us know what you think. Any awards you think were huge surprises or upsets? Any fashion faux-pas that you want to point out? What do you guys think of Seth Macfarlane hosting?
