It's amazing what a power play goal can do to a struggling team. When Kopitar scored the first goal of Game 4 I thought we were doomed, mostly because the Canucks as a team just didn't seem to have the gel to win it. But cue Daniel Sedin. And as soon as his legs got going the Kings made a serious error: they gave up a power play goal. As soon as that happened the ass-kicking Canucks we have come to love returned to form. You could see it in all the facets of their game. Confidence. Chemistry. Determination. The Kings may have awoken the sleeping giant.
L.A. will adjust. They will tighten up their game even more, especially on defence. But man oh man the heat is on them to close out this series. Can they handle it? Can the Canucks continue their resurgence? Do or die. Unleash the beast, boys!

MUSICAL INTERLUDE
Anyone ever hear of a singer named Jude? Well he wrote a song called "Out Of L.A." several years back and it has always stuck in my head. Here is a video of the song and below that are the lyrics to the song changed:
This team got a shakedown to its roots
Game 4 they shitkicked the Kings with their boots
Now this could be a real good story
With the PP going and a goalie named Cory
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
Daniel Sedin reminds me of a movie star
He took the Kings for a ride and I don't mean in his car
He returned to the ice jump-started the team
On a scale of one to ten it was a twenty three
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
And Cory Schneider had his way with the Kings
He said "fack you guys I really want that Stanley Cup ring"
Slick maneuvers moving side to side
J Quick said "who the hell is this guy?"
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
And Kesler has yet to find his scoring touch
And Booth is real fast but he hasn't done all that much
Lappy is yappy he's a real tough clown
But if these guys don't score the Nucks are going down
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
Hey Vancouver we gotta get back to L.A.
