I am not going to sit here and mock the Flames because their playoff dreams are once again squashed. I'm not gonna kick the team and their fanbase while they are down.

There are once again so many questions around what in the blue hell should be done with this Flames team in the offseason. There are bizarre questions right now even like why was Flames management watching Modern Family during a game? I could answer that but..no way I am not gonna kick them while they are down.

You know...I read this article on the Flames' current situation and the first thing that comes to my mind? "Oh sweet jeezus it doesn't feel all that long ago when the Canucks were in the same position." I can remember doing the math towards the end of the season. I can remember Squire Barnes doing it on News Hour Final too.

What should Flames management do with this current squad over the summer? Flog it? Tweak it?

Time for the Canucks to sink the dagger into the Flames' backs. Show no mercy.
