Hi there NMers, its that time again. Time to leave the wife (or husband), kids and dog at home and come on down to the finest bar in all of the Commercial Drive area for some sweet delicious nectar (also known as beer), some wings and most importantly, so good old fashioned hockey. Overall, these Nucks Misconduct meetups are an excuse for some Lower Mainland NMers to get together, watch hockey, drink too much beer and swear profusely (okay I'll be doing most of the swearing). Last time we were at an NM meetup we played Calgary and well, let's try not to think about that again. It never happened. And what's great about the upcoming NM meetup is that we'll get to rewrite those memories because we're playing them again. Nucks Misconduct meetups are great, despite our dismal record (1-3-1). At our playoffs NM meetup, which was Game 2 vs. Boston, the People's Champ Alex Motherfucking Burrows gave us another display of his heroics. You can see my reaction to that here:

These meetups are always fantastic and just a great time. I've watched arguably the best playoff game I've ever seen with NM folks and I'll never forget it (Ask J.J. Canuck, I tackled him when Burrows scored). So if you're just planning on sitting around and eating pork rinds, then why not come on down and partake in some revelry with some NMers and maybe even watch the Canucks win a hockey game! The wings will be delicious. The beer will be cold and flowing. And Smo and Twitchy have some fuckin' crazy stories, so come on down to humour those old-timers hehe. And hopefully this time the end of the game won't result in this picture:
