Don't mind me, I'm just remembering our last 2 visits to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. As shown in the video above as a demo, Ryan Kesler was in absolute beast mode when we played the Predators in the 2nd round last spring. This will be the first time Nashville fans will get to see our boys in their arena since we eliminated their team on their own turf.

I think Nashville is one of THE most underrated cities that everyone knows about. If you love music (not just country), you’ll have a great time. There’s always a concert somewhere.
I’d love to come visit Vancouver, too. I’ve heard it’s a beautiful city.

The Preds only have 5 blocks
the Canucks have 8 misses ( 5 Preds ) and 7 blocks.
So the shots ( 28-17 ) is maybe a little troubling, but I did not think, other than PPs, that it was THAT uneven of a game.
They are both good teams, and the cycle has been very good at both ends.
Chin up. They killed two penalties ( almost, 38 sec left to start 3rd )…and 11 of those shots are against the PP. Ours had one on net, and it went in the net! Get a PP in the third after killing this one off to start, and I like the Canuck chances

- 1 point back of Western Conference Lead, 1 game in hand
- 3rd overall in the NHL
- 1 regulation loss in the last 10 games

are they at their best? No. But there was a better game tonight, and a lot of well done defending in their own end while under pressure.
hell, entire PP’s seemed to spend a lot of time to the outside.
Are they clicking along and dominating? Of course not. But, for instance, the third saw only a couple half decent chances for the Preds all period, while a team with three of four new lines ( mostly ) once again dominated a third period.
Great teams find a way to win is all. Imagine when they really get going!
