It appears (according to the Canucks and Kristin Reid on Twitter) that Keith Ballard is going onto the Injured Reserve List with neck/concussion problems. Mike Gillis said that Ballard skated with the team today but the cause of his neck problems are unknown. A concussion is possible. So Chris Tanev was recalled from Chicago today. So..why not use Alexander Sulzer? He must not have impressed enough.
