Holla Toronto Nuckspatriates, So here's the deal. I've never posted on Nucks Misconduct before though I've been reading the blog for a little while. I'm from Nelson, went to UVic, lived in Vancouver for 2 years (went to game 1 of the finals in June), and I've just done the unthinkable: moved to Toronto. I know all of two people here; one is a Flames fan and the other a Sens fan, and I could use a couple English Bay Pale Ales (they're in this city somewhere I totally Googled it) with some folks who know what an Oreskovich is. So, twofold question: Who is up for a Toronto NM meetup on the 22nd when we play Edmonton on TSN, and does anyone know of a bar here that would surely show the game (I'm living downtown)? I could do with a season opener meetup instead, as well, whatevs. First pitcher is on me! Ok, word's out there. Don't make my Vancouver friends see me drunk on Skype at 1:00am EST.
