Restricted Free Agent Sergei Shirokov has signed a 3-year contract with the KHL's CSKA Moscow team. Remember Shirokov saying he wanted to stick it out in North America, but the KHL is doing its damndest to lure players their way. I don't blame them one bit. Where was he going to find a spot on the Canucks' depth chart anyway? He's not a bottom 6 guy.
