Phoenix (yep…8th place could be with 99 pts. Phoenix loses in regulation to San Jose + Chicago wins vs. Detroit + Anaheim wins vs. LA)
Los Angeles (Chicago wins or loses in OT/Shootout + Anaheim wins vs LA)
Nashville (Nashville loses in regulation + Phoenix wins or loses in OT/Shootout + Anaheim wins vs LA in OT/Shootout + Chicago wins in a Shootout)
Anaheim (Chicago wins vs. Detroit + Anaheim loses vs. LA *OR* Chicago loses in OT/Shootout + Anaheim loses vs. LA in regulation)
