If that's the case my pick is Trotz for turning horsesh*t into honey in Nashville. And by that I mean he has less talent to play with given the Preds' low cap spending. Neither Bylsma nor Trotz have ever won the award. AV won it in 2007 for doing what I said Trotz did above.
