If you ask guys around the lockerroom if they feel good about themselves, it's maybe half the team. We have to improve as a team like that. We have to believe in each other and to know what to do in all situations. That's how I look at. We've been winning a lot of games, but have we been improving as a team? That's what we've got to ask ourselves."
