My Long Island shout-out to Nucks Misconduct briefly made it onto Sportsnet!

I just got back to my friends' apartment an hour ago from the game vs. the Islanders, at which I had the absolute pleasure/thrill of sitting right on the glass next to the Isles bench. It was an unbelievably cool experience. I made a couple signs for the game, one of which featured this shout-out to Nucks Misconduct:

Please ignore the shoddy penmanship, poor centering, and the fact that it only fills half the posterboard - I put the posters together at a nearby bar immediately before the game. I have thus far only found highlights of the three Canucks goals and the fight, so I have no idea if I showed up on TV much - however, I did spot myself with this sign during a replay of the Tanner Glass fight:

So, I managed to get a Nucks Misconduct shout-out, however brief, onto the Sportsnet broadcast! I am pretty happy with my night's work. Though the flip-side of that posterboard also had a pretty wicked (IMO) image I created, but I don't know if it made it on to TV:

Anyway, as always with my road game experiences, there is much more to come from this experience in the form of a proper Road Diaries post. But I wanted to throw this up now because I caught the brief glimpse of the sign during that highlight clip. Next up is the Rangers on Thursday - unfortunately nowhere near as good seats for basically the same price, but I still can't wait!
