Corbeil: Burrows may not be ready for start of season
Paul Corbeil, Burrows' agent, said Monday that he does not expect Burrows to be ready for training camp and suggested he could also miss the early part of the regular season.
"He may not be ready to play until sometime in October or November," Corbeil said.
[Canucks assistant general manager Laurence] Gilman said it's too early to say how long Burrows will be out, although he acknowledged the recovery period for labrum surgery is "definitely a period of months."

what was the exact injury? Labrum tear? I had something similar, you can put up with it but it’s never going to get better without surgery and took me at least 4 months til i was able to swim with it again (did it playing water polo)
