Canucks Sign Another D-Man: Lee Sweatt

Sweatt, 24, born in Elburn Illinois, played 4 seasons with Colorado College in the NCAA (go figure) between 2003 and 2007. He split the 2006-07 season with Colorado College and the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL. Since then he has played for TPS Turku of the Finnish League, Salzburg EC in Austria, and Riga Dynamo of the KHL.
-5'8" and about 190 pounds.

-Another defenceman who apparently is good at moving the puck and possesses a great shot.
-Wow, Gillis is loading up on defencemen. Time will tell if any of these guys show NHL potential.

Anyway, this looks like a Moose roster player at the most, but Sweatt will get his shot at training camp nad you never know....

LOL, yeah he is tiny. But 190 is really heavy for 5’8", so he must be a strong guy. I like that he has pro experience in the Euro leagues and the KHL.

A good 9 on a par 5 is when you smoke a recovery shot from the forest back into play…or you’ve lost a stroke because of a water hazard and THEN had to hit it through a bunch of trees afterwards :). That’s how bad I am

didn’t even look. Just hit it and hoped it went through. Got lucky and knocked it on the green. Then missed the par putt. Very annoying.
