We suffered through the Ovechkin game this afternoon and Crosby's five point threat this evening to finally and officially state:

Congratulations to quiet ol' #33, the first Canuck in franchise history to be awarded the NHL scoring title hardware.

Congrats are also in order for Örnsköldsvik, the Swedish town who has given the NHL the only two Swedish Art Ross Trophy winners since the award's inception (remember the Markus Naslund "choke" gave way to Peter Forsberg winning it in 2002-03).

While he's a long shot to take home the Masterton, Henrik's case for the Hart is far stronger (sorry Ken Campbell) and we'll know that answer come June. For now Hank's king of the hockey world and here's hoping he rides that magic into the first round and then some.
