On This Day In Canucks History: April 1

April 1, 1993: Pavel Bure scored a third period marker against Tampa Bay, becoming the first player in franchise history to reach 100 points. Bure finished the season with 110 points (60G, 50A) and 407 shots, both of which remain franchise records.
Henrik Sedin - currently at 104 points - has six games left in the season to try and tie, if not break, Bure's mark.

No offense to Bure’s 60 goals, but he did it in an 84 game season. I wish I was old enough to live Bure in his prime, even if that would mean being old enough to live through the Canucks in the late nineties. (I was alive then, just didn’t follow the Canucks)
So don't get violent and don't get caught with your head down, the night she stole the moon.
