Well I enjoyed the Lu-ness, the comeback and the win, even if the boys mostly did shit throughout the game. I has pretty sweet seats too. Sean, I hereby declare victory in yesterday’s argument about luongo. Go Canucks!

Amazing Photoshop
I rarely literally LOL at things I see online, but that made me laugh. Amazing work Sean!
I’m stilling chuckling at the Sedins sitting for that whole PP while Kesler and Raymond played the whole 2:00. Well the Sedins were standing, ready to come onto the ice but Kes and Co never came off.

They pee away their offence for Dion yet they still can score

i don't get it at all.
i fell asleep on the couch after the 1st goal, and woke up at the end of the 2nd intermission to find it was 4-0. ???

that may explain some of the complacency from the team?

Don’t get too excited, the Avs are playing the Oils right now.

I was at the game today...
and it was awesome, my first time seeing a game in Boston and it was a lot of fun. (especially after the first period).
I’m on a 5 game in person Canuck winning streak, and this is the second straight game where Luongo has been first star
Lucky, the Canucks have lost every time but once that I’ve seen them live.

Canucks have won every time I’ve seen them live… almost got mugged in Calgary for wearing my Canucks jersey…
Bastards. I guess I saw too many games during the late nineties and not enough since. Oh yeah, except for a few awful playoff games.

Bah, I would punt a kitten if it meant I could watch a playoff game.

How many times have you seen them?
My friend is a Caps fan and is 10-0 in person.
I’m 5-2-1 tie-1SOL when I see the Nucks
I was there when Burrows got his first hattie of the season.
And he’s my favourite player.

I haven’t seen the Canucks win live, ever.
Six games. The 4th game in 1994 vs. Calgary, the games vs. Colorado (great seats…got to see the Avs score a bunch of their 8 goals that night) and Montreal right after Bure blew his knee out in 1995, and two games in Montreal in 1996 and 1997. Though they did tie one of those. And then a game against Calgary that was completely unmemorable in 2000 or so.
i was 0-6
Until a game in 2006. 3-2 in a shootout against the Caps. Morrison with the winner and Luc Bourdon was cheeredfor a defensive gem against Ovechkin.
Memorable? Oh yeah.

I'm 5-0

I’m 0-1. The only memorable thing I remember was Enrico Ciccone breaking up a 3 on 1. The Canucks lost 3-1 to the Blues.
These were all last season too
P.S. I went to the St. Louis home loss, but I didn’t pay for that ticket. So that doesn’t count =P

I am 1-3 live… loss to the Islanders in 1977, Playoff loss to the Oilers in 1992, Shutout for Lu against Nashville in his first season here, loss to Minnesota 2 years ago

i will be watching it on tv (cbc), but i won’t be on my computer. my landlady is out of town for the weekend, so i’m watching her big tv upstairs, and all the plugs are silly in her room so i can’t plug in my laptop :(

Yay, I’m not alone. I’m by myself in an SFU classroom doing a Psych paper.
I need a break.

Boston
Apparently this will be the second team the Canucks cause to massively change their team… according to multiple sources, some big deals going to be announced for Boston on Monday morning…
I can only speculate, but they need some wingers bad… I sure hope Thomas doesn’t get moved, I always liked him as the underdog. Boston does have plenty of assets however, including Toronto’s first round pick.
Thomas has a NTC so he’s not going anywhere if he doesn’t want to. And I think he’s signed for another 3 years.
