Followed the torch around downtown this AM. Walter Gretzky had it on Granville – awesome. Had photos but my crackberry lense must have been dirty or something none of them turned out. German beer tent down by the SeaBus terminal good fun, free before 5 PM and $8.25 Deutsche beers. Irish house was $9 for “pints” of Guinness. Man am I pumped for the next few weeks. Got tix for Canada’s opener against Norway. Last row in GM Place but at least I’m in the building, can’t wait.

The numbers are obviously in the pro camp more than these tired protestors.
They succeeded in stopping a ceremony with vets at the cenotaph earlier today.
They must be so proud…arrogant little fuckers. There is a pro protest that will be meeting up with the anti guys at the Art Gallery at 3pm.
That should be fun. I might go if I can get away…chant “get a job”…at the whole “dreads and piercings” set.
