Report: Ryan Johnson to sign tryout contract with Blackhawks' affiliate
How "Balls" has dropped, I mean, fallen. I had forgotten about him. If he can make the IceHogs and impress, maybe he can eventually make the Blackhawks' squad....OK, maybe that is pushing it, but you could never knock Johnson's intestinal fortitude.

Man, couldn’t it be any team other than the Hawks’ affiliate??
Next thing you know he’s blocking shots for the Hawks in the playoffs vs our Canucks.

I will not say anything bad about Balls. I love players like that. He literally sacrificed himself for our benefit.
