I haven't played hockey in the wii before but it's got to be a good time. I also don't buy the NHL 2K games. I just purchased NHL 10 for the Playstation 3 yesterday and played it until the wee hours of the morning last night. It's quite impressive. The gameplay keeps getting more and more authentic every year. 10's version has a new Be a GM mode, shenanigans after the whistle, a better fight mode (finally), more authentic crowd responses, new Cup-winning ending, enhanced passing skills options, and much much more.
I'm not knocking the 2K series, I just stay loyal to the EA Sports series because I always have.
