WTF Burke?!
Everyone thank our Ex-GM for making life easier for Calgary and their damn cap. Stalman may end up being nothing, but saving Sutter $1.4 million (for Primeau of all people) is just a sin.

Turns out the Leafs gave them a 7th round pick and got a 2nd rounder in return.
Still, the Flames need a lot more cap space cleared up.

True but watching a rival (a) ditch a large contract and (b) get two prospects is never encouraging. Especially when we’re waiting for Gillis to shore up our own defense and have our own cap problems. Sigh.

Yeah, and Stalman could be a great defenceman one day too.
Like the addition of Primeau by Burke. The Leafs are going to be a pain in the ass to play against this year.

I’ve seen Burke at YVR twice in the last week. I smell shenanigans.
I've seen enough to know that I've seen too much.
You sure she didn’t make the move back east? I figured it’d be a no-brainer for Jennifer to snag a plumb media job in Toronto.

that’s what I thought too. Mather definitely moved east with Tubs

Don't think that's her last name anymore
Mather, that’s a TV name from her first husband. Name now should be Lo or Burke. If she is working in TO, can’t see her using Mather, it wouldn’t mean anything in TO. According to this site, last job in BC was as Jennifer Burke: Living Vancouver CBC-TV Vancouver 2007-08
