Mike Gillis is confident that a deal will get done with the Sedins before July 1. He will meet with their agent JP Barry again this weekend and we can expect some big news then.
Gillis stated that he is interested in bringing Mats Sundin back for the 2009-10 season.
He will not comment on the Gaborik situation but did say that Gaborik moving to Vancouver was "news to him."
