Zezel Passes Away At 44

"Former NHL player Peter Zezel passed away at a Toronto hospital on Tuesday, after a long battle with a blood disorder."

Zezel was one of those guys that never took a shift off. And he was tough as nails..

He was a plus 13 in 25 games as a Canuck in 97-98. Best on the team by a mile, and if you recall, that was the beginning of the shitty Messier and Keenan years.
