"I (graded) a game the other day and I think there were two guys who I didn't tick as being responsible for a chance against. That's 16 out of 18 guys who caused a chance against.
"It's not just one guy or one group or one line or one defensive pairing. It's everybody.
"And it will take everybody to work together to tighten up."
