That Bernier goal
Just when I thought the Canucks were in trouble, Grossman breaks his stick on a point shot and this happens:
I could watch that play all night. The 4th goal in a 4-2 win is a highlight reel goal. One for the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em tapes that's for sure!
Good to see Mason Raymond get in on that.
Beauty.
And with that, the Canucks have set a new record for consecutive home wins (10) and have made the world a more stressful place for both the Hawks and Flames.

Emphasis on the “F*in”
Tic Tac Toe is a 3-way play. I guess what you said describes a 4-man passing play.
Tic-Tac-Toe-Bam!

I just watched the game reply on line and holy shit that’s nuts. Even the Kesler goal was nuts. What a time to hit their stride as they are. How long ago does January feel?

Yeah… we get an amazing individual effort on the Kes goal, and then an amazing team effort on the Bernier goal… I love this team.

It feels like forever!
I just hope these guys can keep up this pace all the way until the playoffs.
I hope they aren’t “peaking” to early.

Looking at the stats sheets, I was surprised to find edler played the least of any d-man with 13 min and change, whereas SOB had 17 min and change. What’s the story on that? Is it just a matter of the Canucks having only 1 min of PP time compared to 11 min of PK time? Does Edler not kill penalties much… I can’t say I’ve ever noticed him much on the PK.

Edler may have a minor injury….or Shane O’Brien is playing that good. OB looked awesome last night. Oh, and it was St. Patty’s day.

OB was good last night, he could have scored a goal or two even. Man, i’m stoked on this team also. Scoring beauty power forward goals, tic-tac-toes and tough as nails. Gotta give credit to AV, he has the Nucks playin as well as they ever have.
I say extend the man already…
Anyone know what AV current contract status is?
He’s doing pretty good for a guy who’s head was on the chopping block a month and a half ago.

What is wrong with the Hawks? Should they fire Quenneville and bring back Savard? I kid.
Seriously though. Lack of experience on the team? Or just a slump that they’ll break out of?
See you in hell.
