After not making the Swedish Olympic team, Canuck forward Mikael Samuelsson told off the Swedish team,

"Probably going to get in trouble for this, but they can go (expletive deleted) themselves," was his reaction following the Canucks win over Calgary Sunday night.

Another notable Swede on the Canucks, Alexander Edler, was also not selected to play for the team.

Kind of surprising he would say that considering four of Sweden's selected forwards are currently injured and there is still a good chance Samuelsson would have been selected to replace one of those guys.
