Dank Sedin Still Not Practicing With Canucks
As the Vancouver Sun puts it, today is the 6 week anniversary of Daniel Sedin's foot injury. Remember the good old days when Daniel said he planned on being back in the 3-week range? Bah! Doctors know best, Dank.
He did skate by himself for a bit this morning but that was it.
This means that it's unlikely he will play against the Avalanche on Friday. Damn it!

Or a fracture in a different spot. Plus guys heal at different rates than other guys.

Yeah, it’s really the calcium that makes the difference.

Oilers Avs just about to start
Interested to see how the Avs do tonight. They got blasted by us, played a tough game last night against the Flames, and are facing an Oiler team that needs a W in the worst possible way.
Horcoff with an equalizer
I get the feelin’ that guy is going to catch fire.
And Hejduk scores as I type. 2-1 Oilers. Wow. From Matt Duchesne. Love that guy.
Oilers tie it
and Deslauriers shits the bed, handing the lead over to the Avs again. 3 goals on 7 shots against for Deslauriers. Yergh.
I actually chose 2 and a Half Men over this game. What a crime :)

Well, there’s a reason why the Avs would love to start Anderson for every game of the year. Budaj sucks. Now we get the pissed off Avs on Friday.

I couldn't believe it when I saw the Oil had come from behind.
I gotta believe this is the beginning of the end for the Avs dream season.
yeah right. That was Buddah in net. I still think Anderson is going to whoop ass rather than melt down. But that’s just me.

At this stage of the season, when our playoff rivals meet, all I want is that it be settled in regulation so that neither of them gets an extra loser point.
The opposite of serious is not funny; the opposite of serious is unserious.
Yeah absolutely. That’s what I was thinking watching Colorado’s 2 games in Alberta.
