No Dank, Salo or Rypien at Canucks' Practice Today
This according to the Province. No word yet on why Salo and Ripper are out. I'll guess it's a maintenance day for Rypien's hand and Salo's entire body.
UPDATE: So all 3 will be at practice on Wednesday. Salo was dealing with "a personal matter" and Rypien was having a "maintenance day." Well, I was close!

This is really OT....
….but Patterson at Team 1040 just mentioned that Forsberg has told the Canucks that he plans to play for Modo this season and not in the NHL. Apparently, according to Patterson, the possiblity of Naslund unretiring to play for Modo has helped prompt Forsberg’s decision.
All I’ve read over the past week is that Forsberg has no clue as to what he wants to do. He was hanging out with Naslund for some charity event and even Naslund, who said he has no regrets about retiring, has no idea of what Peter is going to decide, but did say he hoped Foppa would play for Modo.
Forsberg, according to Hockeyexpressen today is practicing with Modo, but still has not made up his mind yet.
